Our Founders

In addition to two decades of experience in Executive Search, and extensive Food and Beverage industry expertise, our founders have previous experience across a variety of industries from which they draw their business acumen, including retail and e-commerce for Fortune 50 companies as well as entrepreneurial leadership in tech, cleantech and management consulting industries.

They possess educational backgrounds from some of the most presigious universities in the United States, including the University of Notre Dame, the University of Texas at Austin, and the top-ranked Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

They founded Trebin Hale with the mission to provide clients a solution for hiring talent that surpasses the industry standard when it comes to partnership, quality, timeliness and results.

Our President

Leah Moser is the President of Trebin Hale. She has over 30 years of experience in Executive Search, spending the majority of that time specializing in the Food and Beverage Industry. Leah began her career in search with Heidrick and Struggles, where she worked on executive and C-level assignments in their Consumer Goods and Industrial practices before joining Spencer Stuart. There she also worked in the Consumer Durables and Packaged Goods practice, focusing on senior and executive level sales, marketing and operational management positions for major Food and Beverage clients.

Leah has partnered with Food and Beverage clients on a broad spectrum of functional talent needs including Executive Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Operations & Manufacturing, Research & Development, Purchasing and Supply Chain. As President, Leah works directly with clients to ensure that Trebin Hale is at the forefront of quality and effectiveness in meeting clients’ hiring needs.

Before becoming a leader in the executive search and consulting field, Leah spent several years with Ernst & Young, working in their Healthcare Consulting practice.
